As the owner and founder, Laura is a therapy entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the geriatric and healthcare field. Using her knowledge in therapy and a zest for the therapy world, she has been a founder and owner of multiple companies in the healthcare field that includes: home health care, hospice, outpatient therapy private practices and assisted living operations. Through these effective business lines, coordinated care, marketing and strategic-growth strategies, the companies grew into top performers. Now she is taking that knowledge and experience and has founded Therapy Strong Consulting. Laura believes start-ups and entrepreneurs are the key to the evolution of therapy today!

As our Director of Outpatient Service, Eric is a graduate of Carroll University, where he received his B.S degree in Exercise Science and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. His primary focus is outpatient orthopedics where he has earned advanced certifications of APTA’s board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), NSCA’s Certifie
As our Director of Outpatient Service, Eric is a graduate of Carroll University, where he received his B.S degree in Exercise Science and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. His primary focus is outpatient orthopedics where he has earned advanced certifications of APTA’s board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), NSCA’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Myopain Seminars’ Dry Needling certification (CMTPT/DN). Eric’s primary experience has been managing clinics and treating patients in outpatient orthopedic clinics which include equipment, clinic design consultation, and auditing. Eric has over seven years of home health experience working with orthopedic, general medicine, and neurological patients. He is also the owner and sole physical therapist of a private practice, allowing continued care of patients from hospital discharge through return of maximum function. Eric has recently helped implement company-wide virtual visits to improve the digital health platform of services offered. Eric’s treatment philosophy, as a physical therapist, is to provide care in a holistic manner, incorporating all aspects of the patient for an effective approach to treatment. This will be accomplished through promoting self-efficacy and independence for impairment correction and symptom management with the use of lifestyle changes, posture training, therapeutic exercises, and knowledge to foster meaningful change.
